Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
If the product you have purchased it not what you are after, or the wrong size then please contact us to arrange returning it. Goods MUST be in unused conditions, packaging MUST be undamaged, goods are to be returned at the customers expense.

SALE items can not be returned, if a item has been used it can NOT be returned.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You need to contact us within 7 days regarding the product.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items can be returned to:

HOW do customers return items?
Items can be returned by Australia Post or courier - but return of the item is the responsibility of the customer. The items MUST be returned in excellent condition - unopened and unused. A copy of the invoice must also be included.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return shipping fees:

* If a product is returned to us due to change of mind or incorrect fit it is done at the customers cost.

* If the item was incorrectly supplied the expense of returning the product will be refunded to you, or return freight can be arranged by us.

*If there is a warranty issue - the product must be returned to us or an authorised warranty agent (this will depend on the product brand and the manufactures regulations). This is done at your cost.

CREDIT for returns?
You will have the choice for your credit/refund:

- Store credit

- If paid by PayPal a refund will be issued by PayPal

-If paid by direct deposit a refund will be issued by direct deposit (we shall contact you for bank details)

- If paid by credit card we shall do a refund on your credit card.
